After a extended summer break West Coast Soccer marched into the season with huge success on the field for opening weekend of fall ball.

West Coast Soccer is a boys and girls soccer program of all ages.  The recreation league started with a Friday night opening day parade where all the teams were introduced to the parents as they marched along the sideline with their team banners held high.  Club director and former Olympian Troy Dayak had some encouraging words with the crowd and then the festivities began.  There was live music with dancing, relay races and even a hula hoop contest for the kids to enjoy. The parents loved the toys and food carts that were on site to celebrate the new season.  As the kids bee bopped to the music a raffle was going on with free soccer balls, stuffed animals t shirts and other prizes that were handed out to the players. “This was a great day for our soccer families said Tony Valenzuela director of recreation for West Coast Soccer,  I want to thank all the volunteers, coaches, parents and club for making this happen”.
