On Saturday (3/9), West Coast 2009 Wolfpack NPL traveled to Crocker Amazon Soccer Fields in San Francisco to play SF United FC in their NPL match. 

The first half had a battle of back and forth but ended up scoreless. Five minutes into the second half Ashley Browning scored the first goal of the game, lighting a fire under the Wolfpack. Five minutes later Bella Arellano took a free kick that Browning found the end of, scoring her second goal of the game. Eighteen minutes into the second half, Shanaya Chatterjee passed the ball to Madelynn Hernandez, who dribbled up the field, shot, and scored. Three minutes later Delilah Perez pushed ball forward that was caught in a 50/50 challenge between Hernandez and a SF defender. Hernandez came out victorious and scored the final goal of the game giving West Coast Wolfpack a 4-0 victory.

On Sunday (3/10) West Coast Wolfpack hosted Eastshore Alliance FC at Cayetano in Livermore. 

The first half had a lot of back and forth competition but ultimately ended with Eastshore leading 1-0. Twenty six minutes into the second half, Makenna Loder dribbled through multiple Alliance defenders, passed the ball off to Madelynn Hernandez who shot and scored to tie it up 1-1. Just one minute later goalkeeper, Megan Silva, cleared away a ball that was won by an Alliance player, as the player came towards her goal she backpedaled to dive and grab ball, making a game changing save. Both teams battled to the end and claimed a 1-1 tie.
