Mountain House, CA — The Mountain House community came together this past weekend to celebrate the end of a vibrant and successful spring recreational soccer season, hosted by the city's longest running soccer club, Mountain House West Coast Soccer Club. With sunny skies and spirited energy, young athletes were recognized for their efforts with trophies, high-fives, and heartfelt cheers from family and friends. The season, which brought together players of all skill levels, focused on building not only soccer fundamentals but also teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game. Dozens of children participated weekly, showing up with enthusiasm, resilience, and a readiness to learn and grow. MH Tennis Sweeps First 2025 Golf Tournament “This season was about more than just soccer,” said Adaurie Stemshorn, WCS Rec Coordinator. “We saw incredible growth, joy, and connection among the players and that’s what community sports are all about.” Parents and families were instrumental throughout the season, providing consistent support from the sidelines. Equally important were the volunteer coaches, whose time and dedication made the experience possible for so many young athletes. The end-of-season celebration was marked by smiles, photo ops, and proud moments as players were awarded trophies, a lasting reminder of their hard work and the memories made.
