On Sunday at Altamont Creek field in Livermore, Wildfire took control early with a cross from Jaden Hall and a chip shot on goal from Tatiana Elsea for the first score of the game at 1-0. Defenders Reagan Mah, Callie Crain, Kate Wallace,Savannah Seals, Meredith Hagler and Isa Saavedra all played well regulating the Earthquakes fast moving offense. The Earthquakes were able to capitalize on a PK foul in the box to tie the score at 1-1.  A beautiful save from Wildfires Goalie Brianna Odell kept the score tied going into the half.  Second half offense from Dakota Hawkins, Jaden Hall, Tatiana Elsea and Savannah Boone kept the pressure on the Earthquakes defense along with great ball movement from midfielders Precious Martinez, Megan Clifton, Daniela Vallejo, Makenna Diaz and Jessa Lyons. Callie Crain passed the ball to Savannah Boone for a score enabling Wildfire to regain the lead at 2-1. Wildfires Jaden Hall would increase the lead to 3-1 following up on a rocket shot from defender Callie Crain that ricocheted off the goal. Wildfire wouldn’t stop there as midfielder Daniela Vallejo’s beautiful pass would set up Megan Clifton who would run the ball down the field and score the final goal to end the game at 4-1.  Next weekend Wildfire will gear up to compete in the MVLA tournament.
