On Sunday West Coast Wildfire 00 Girls met with Central Cal Alliance from Fresno at Altamont Creek in Livermore. Both teams battled it out ending the first half in a scoreless draw with great defense from Ari Moore, Isa Saavedra, Kate Wallace, Reagan Mah,Callie Crain and Katherine Auer. In the second half WCS Wildfire turned up the heat with perfect ball movement from midfielders Precious Martinez Danielle Vallejo, Megan Clifton and McKenna Diaz. Forwards Tati Elsea , Jaden Hall, Savannah Seals and Dakota Hawkins delivered multiple shots on goal but it was forward Savannah Boone who would score the first and only goal of the game off a pass from midfielder Megan Clifton for a final score of 1-0. Great Goal keeping by Brianna Odell solidified the shutout win. Next up Wildfire will face California Thorns in NPL league on Saturday November 10th at Cayetano Park in Livermore Ca.
