West Coast Wildkatz, the #1 ranked 05 girls team in the state surge past PSV Union 8-3 in Norcal Champions League play.  With limited practice time due to poor air quality and the Holiday break the U14 girls did not show signs of rustiness or fatigue. West Coast Wildkatz came out strong dominating the possession. It didn’t take long to get the first goal scored by Cameron Silva but PSV would answer back with a goal of their own. Zusette Zamora scored and Kamiryn Grimes got two before the half to make it 4-1.  In similar fashion Camron Silva scored again early in the second half and PSV fires back making it highly entertaining 5-2. Jayden Morton scored one more and PSV did too and the game was at 6-3. With delightful skill and precision West Coast outplayed their opponent for the remainder of the game scoring two more, one by Nadia Sherman and Grimes rounded out the match with a hat trick and an 8-3 finish.  “Our opponent was a good little team that challenged us to solve problems, which my players consistently did throughout the game. I love the balance that we have across all positions” said coach Troy Dayak.

Kamiryn Grimes led the scoring for the Wildkatz with 3 goals.
