This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for tryout participation.  

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

By registering for the tryouts I understand and acknowledge that my child participating in this event is physically ready and is free from any health concerns.  I understand that if any of our family or friends have been in direct contact with anyone that  had any symptoms of COVID-19 that they are not allowed to participate in this event.  I understand and acknowledge that this event is a play at your own risk.  That the sport involves certain inherent risks and I agree that West Coast Soccer and all associates including the city or owner of a public or private facility that the event is taking place are not held liable for any injury or property damage that may occur during the event.
